Our comfortable 3 Bedroom villa with private pool is in the ideal position to have a wonderful holiday with Disney and other Theme parks only 10 minutes away.
It is in the quiet residential area of Indian Ridge and the pool is large, sunny for most of the day, and fully screened with a pleasant outlook down through trees to a large recreational area, with plenty of places for walking, jogging, roller blading and skateboarding.
There are tennis courts, golf courses, including a new course designed by Greg Norman just five minutes away, and childrens play area nearby. Restaurants and shops on the popular highway 192 are about 2 miles away with the airport 35 miles away.
Facilities:
There are 3 large bedrooms(sleeping 7); One master with queen size bed, cable TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a door leading to the pool, there is also an infant bed or cot easily accessible if required.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with double closet.
The third has luxury bunk beds and a single with a double closet contain childrens games.
The family room is comfortably furnished with sofas and chair, and there is a spacious formal dining area. The entertainment unit has cable TV, video, DVD player and Hi-Fi.
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with all mod-cons including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc is contained in the attached garage.
The heated pool is fully screened and provided with variety of poolside furniture and pool toys for your enjoyment.
Other benefits include full air conditioning with ceiling fans in most rooms for added comfort, gas BBQ, a double garage and a security system.
Full linen, abundance of towels, including pool towels,and hair dryers etc are provided and the house is maintained to a high standard by our property management company who are prompt and efficient dealing with any queries you may have.
