| Villa Details : | 4-Bedroom Luxury Villa with Own Pool Detached Villa, in 1000sq metre plot near La Marina, Air Conditioning 8 x 4 metre Heated Swimming Pool, Less than 10mins to the Beach, Sleeps 8 to 10 This Villa is constructed on 2 floors and can be split into 2 Villas La Escuera is a private urbanisation of about 250 detached Villas built on the side of a Mountain and overlooking the urbanisation of La Marina. The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 5-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. This villa is constructed on 2 floors and can be split into 2 villas ideal for two familys wanted to share. The villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and all bathrooms and the kitchen are fully tiled and the property can sleep up to10. This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a detached villa on a 1000sq-metre plot with an 8x4 metre heated swimming pool and two large sun terrace and Air Conditioning. With a 5 minute drive to the urbanisation of La Marina or a 20 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it. The Accommodation consists of: A main entrance which, is on the first floor (street level) which leads into the reception area, on the right is a spacious dinning room which leads on into the lounge. Both rooms have elegant furniture and the lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, a CD and DVD players and TV with UK channels, the dinning room which seats six also leads out on to one of the sun terraces. There are also two fully furnished double bedrooms Master Bedroom has Air Conditioning a separate bathroom and a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen, both rooms are beautifully tiled throughout. The lower part of the Villa also has Air Conditioning and can be reached by two external staircases, were you will find two further bedrooms one double and one twin, both have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a dinning room fitted with a kitchenette and another comfortable lounge with TV and UK channels. Outside there is a covered kitchen which, comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect and the outside dinning area overlooks the pool. The heated swimming pool is of a roman design measuring 8 by 4 metres with steps at the shallow end. The large garden areas have been landscaped and come complete with barbeque and sun lounges. Also accessed by the external staircase is the roof solarium. The property has solid external doors and all windows are protected with security grills and all windows are double-glazed complete with roller shutters. The villa may not be suitable for elderly guests with walking difficulties and very small children must be supervised at all times. |
