Situated on a lakeside development, this executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Brand new Executive Home, completed in October 2001. Large lounge area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The home is Alarmed for your security, and smoke detectors and child alarms on doors leading to lanai/pool area. Private Screened Pool and raised beam Jacuzzi with Gas Heating available. Sleeps up to 10 people in comfort. Childrens play area, tennis courts, basketball courts, football pitch, putting green and if you are feeling energetic a jogging path within the area. A large fully tiled living area with 27" cable TV & DVD player. A selection of films, books, games and childrens lego available. Comfortable furniture for relaxing after the days activities. French doors open onto pool area with child alarms for safety. There is a dining area in the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and also a separate formal dining area for additional seating or for those special meals The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice maker), dishwasher and all crockery and utensils. Full Laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron and clothes line) are available in the garage. The home has 2 double bedrooms with TV and en-suite facilities, 2 twin single bedrooms with a shared third bathroom making it ideal for up to two families to share. All bedrooms have fans fitted. (All bed linen and towels are provided) For younger guests the house is equipped with a cot, high chair and lightweight buggy (all available at no extra cost. A safe.
