Set on a small urbanisation of 12 villas the communial pool is always quiet, with a childrens playground. 3 minute walk down a private road to the beach which has several beach bars only a short stroll away. Many returants and bars literally around the corner with a wide choice of cusine rangeing from Italian to chinese and ofcourse british pub grub.
10 minute drive to Estapona, San Pedro and 15 minutes from Puerto Banus. Also perfectly situated for a drive into the hills to see the beautiful spanish villages of Benhavais and Rhonda. For families there is the water park and fun fair at Mijas and a zoo at Estapona. With a local supermarket 1 minutes walk for all your basic needs, including the morning paper, and 2 larger hypermarkets across the road to cater for the more ambitious cook. This villa would suit those wanting a quiet location be it families or couples, but with all the local amenities on your door step.
