BEAUTIFUL LOCATION OVERLOOKING LAKE AND NATURE RESERVE. VERY TRANQUIL
The Villa
The villa, with nearly 2,000 sq ft of living space, is on 2 storeys. It has
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room, double integral garage and large private deck area incorporating the swimming pool. The pool is 30’ x 15’ pool giving plenty of room for the tables, chairs and sun loungers provided. From this area you can view the lake and nature reserve where there are lots of eagles, storks and other wildlife which is so fascinating to watch and extremely tranquil, particularly after a busy day at Disney or out and about. The furnishings throughout the house are to a very high standard enabling your stay to be luxurious with home from home comforts.
Family Room
This room has beautiful furniture, cable TV, hi-fi and patio doors giving access to the deck and pool. This is a very large room and is open planned with the dining area and kitchen. The ceiling stretches to the roof of the building enhancing the spaciousness.
Kitchen Area
This area comes complete with fully fitted modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and many other modern conveniences.
Dining Area
Large dining table seating 8 with patio doors leading to deck and pool area with additional space for eating.
Master Bedroom (overlooking lake and nature reserve)
King size bed, cable TV, very large luxurious en-suite with corner bath with
3 seats (very luxurious with bubbles!!). Large shower (you could even fit in 4 or 5 in it). Double washbasins and separate toilet. Large walk in closet.
Patio doors lead to the deck and pool area.
Bedroom 5 (ground floor)
Twin beds and built in closet. Private bathroom across the hallway including bath/shower, double washbasins and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2
I full size bed, 1 twin bed, built in closet (ideal to sleep a family with 1 child)

1 full size bed, built in closet
Bedroom 4 (overlooking lake and nature reserve)
1 queen size bed, built in closet

Bath/shower toilet and double washbasins
Note: (Further sleeping accommodation can be provided by a sofa bed located in the lounge)
Double Garage
Located in the garage is a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry baskets and 2 clothes airers, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket etc.
Telephone
There is a telephone located in the kitchen. All local calls are free and it is advisable to buy a phone card to make long distant calls.
Swimming Pool/deck area – (overlooking lake and nature reserve)
The swimming pool is 30’ x 15’ and is regularly maintained. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available at an extra cost during the winter months if required. There is underwater seating and lighting with shaped steps from the large deck area with numerous tables, chairs and sun loungers. The views from the swimming pool are not to be missed with the eagles and storks flying around, some of which have beautiful white wings. It is just so tranquil and relaxing watching the wildlife whilst having a swim or a drink by the pool and it is right next to you.
